I sized up, but i don't think i needed to. Except for the seam where strap and bra meets in front, the bra is smooth and super comfortable. If that is a sensory thing for you i would not get this, unless you want to do a quick fix yourself :)

The product is as described, it comes with 999900 pulses so after using them it needs to be discarded. I recommend reading the instructions although they are very simple.
